High-volume photo documentation can use significant device storage, especially if you keep both documented and clean copies.

Check storage regularly

Use the phone’s storage settings to see how much free space remains.

Move completed project photos to approved long-term storage when they no longer need to remain on the device.

Watch duplicate copies

If you save both a documented image and a clean copy, storage use can roughly double for those photos. PDF reports and exported copies also add space.

Before deleting

Confirm that the backup or export is complete and readable before removing project files from the phone.
