Common questions.
Conota is designed to stay simple in the field while keeping the information that makes photos useful later.
Does Conota work for one person or a team?
Both. Individuals can use Conota directly, while Pro for Business provides centralized access and billing for teams.
What can be recorded with a photo?
Depending on the workflow, Conota can keep project names, notes, GPS location, time and direction with the field record.
Is GPS survey-grade?
No. Phone GPS is useful field context, but it should not be treated as survey-grade positioning.
Can photos go to company storage?
Corporate Android licenses can use WebDAV, and OneDrive sync is also available on Android.
Is Conota available on Android and iOS?
Yes. Both platforms are supported, although Android currently has the broader feature set.
Where should a team start?
Pick one real project where photo records already require cleanup. Standardize the project name and fields, then compare the records that come back.
Use Conota on one real job.
