Export photo records

A documented photo becomes more useful when it can move into the same folders and systems your team already uses.

Before exporting

Decide whether the recipient needs the documented image, the clean original, or both.

Check whether file names and metadata need to be preserved.

Export or share

• Use the share or export controls available in your Conota version.
• Choose the destination supported by your device, such as Files, email, cloud storage or another installed app.
• Open one exported file and confirm that the visible information, resolution and file name are what you expect.

Large jobs

For a large photo set, export in logical project or date groups rather than mixing unrelated work into one folder.
