Create a PDF report

The Android app includes a PDF report creator for turning documented photos into a shareable report.

Prepare the photos

Make sure the selected photos belong to the right project or job.

Check notes, dates, location information and any annotations before building the report.

Create the report

• Open the PDF report tool in the Android app.
• Select the photos or project content to include.
• Choose the available report options and generate the PDF.
• Open the finished file and check page order, image readability and project information before sending it.

Keep the source photos

A PDF is useful for handoff, but keep the underlying image files when they are part of the project record.
