Allow camera permissions

Conota needs camera access to capture photos. If the camera screen is unavailable or permission was previously denied, enable access in the phone settings.

On iPhone or iPad

• Open Settings.
• Find Conota in the app list.
• Enable Camera.
• Return to Conota and try again.

On Android

• Open Settings and go to Apps.
• Select Conota, then Permissions.
• Allow Camera.
• Return to Conota and try again.

If it still does not work

Close and reopen Conota after changing the permission. If the camera is being used by another app, close that app as well. Restarting the phone can also clear a temporary camera-service issue.
